McDonald's has better service!
In all honesty, I have dined at Steamer's in the past, and it was good enough to come back a second time.

I took my girlfriend and my father out for his birthday dinner, and my father NEVER received his food. His dish was "supposed" to be brought out right away, and we waited a good 20 minutes...nothing showed up. After tracking down a waitress (I actually had to go to the registers to find one), I politely complained and inquired about my father's food. The waitress explained that she had gone on her break . Bruce offered to refund the money for the meal my father never got, did not offer any gift cards, did not refund the entire amount of our order, and gave me a business card for some other gentleman. There was no apology and no attempt to make things right--just the sarcastic demeanor of Bruce, who ordered me to "have a nice day."

Bottom line: McDonald's has service worlds above Steamer's.    [01 Jun 2006 23:50:01]

Ambiance of the railroad or Sound
Have been there many times mostly on weekends, always go back for more! Good service, prices, food, quick in and out usually par for the course. We like the clam chowder, the grilled cod and halibut fish n chips, all served with fries or Caesar. Thumbs up!!    [08 Mar 2007 22:35:03]
