New Management
The food is becoming so much better now -- it's more than just edible. The sushi maker seems to be interested in making her work art, because we had a chance to watch her making our sushi before our eyes.

Gourmet Food Mall Price
The food is prepared by a chef who used to work for gourmet restaurants, so the food is surprisingly good for a spot in the food court. Price is good and the portion is quite large.    [14 Aug 2003 13:28:32]

Finally quality sushi
Wow the food, the service, and the atmosphere were just what we were hoping for. We tried several dishes and our favorite one was the double double roll wrapped in rice and then fried, outstanding. Not to worry if your looking to relax as you dine they have beer wine and a wide variety of alcohol. The young lady that attended us was not only cute and affectionate but also knew her sushi(Thank you, Alejandra) As for the restaurant it located in a outlet shopping center next to a casino. Shopping for me, and gambling for him, perfect. If your looking for quality fresh fish and ingredients this is the place to want to visit.
