Truly out of this world I came in one day to eat a quick lunch on the way to the airport and regret taking the time to catch the plane! The server was unbelievably sweet and we had THE BEST food! Everything about the restaurant was charming and wonderful! Thank you for the experience! [11 Apr 2004 19:43:06]

WONDERFUL restaurant in Tumwater, WA I grew up in a 4 star restaurant setting in Long Beach, WA. My mother worked there in a place called the Shelburne Restaurant, now the Shoalwater. Since then it has been difficult to find something up to the standards I have set from a young age. I HAVE TO SAY this place, Jean-Pierre's Garden Room is Excellent in all aspects. If you want a romantic night away from kids, this is THE place to begin it. [19 Oct 2004 16:45:35]

British High Tea I, along with a group of friends, enjoyed "High Tea" on the patio at Jean-Pierre's. It was wonderful. The food was divine, including scones, tea sandwiches, smoked salmon and brie, champagne too. It is something I will do again and I would love to have dinner there one of these days. NOTHING SPECIAL HERE A 60th Anniversary party for 16 was planned. All arrangements were made and then verified a couple of days before the event. None of the preplanning was done. And, then, when I had the gall to ask about the missing details, I was rudely "put in my place" by the co-owner, Chef Jean-Pierre's wife. And, now when I call to speak to Jean Pierre about the problems, she gets on the line and argues with me about my complaint.
I don't recommend them for special events or catering. [24 Apr 2006 16:30:54]

I would not recommend jean-pierre's garden The food was cold, the co-owner Jean-Pierre's wife was extremely rude. And the price was to much for what you got.
Had a party planned and nothing was ready when we got there, and they made us feel like we were putting them out. [09 Mar 2007 01:52:50]
