This place rocks!
Get the chopped brisket sandwich and go for the spicy sauce (actually quite mild). The smokey flavored beef melts in your mouth, and I'm told the pork is even better.

I've had the chicken and found it lacking a bit in taste as well as over-cooked and dry.

Service is great, prices just a tad over reasonable, clean and very friendly folks.

Only BBQ in the Puget Sound better than Texas Smoke House is Pecos Pit on 1st Ave S in Seattle.    [25 Jan 2004 19:50:14]
