Peppermill Grill - Madison WI We waited over 15 minutes once we were seated and no one came to take our order so we left. There was no service and we will never go there again. [04 Feb 2007 15:06:23]

Excellent food & service at the Peppermill Grill and Bar I've been twice to the Peppermill Grill and Bar and my office mates have been at least 10 times between the two of them. Each time we have had excellent service. The menu is diverse, with something for everyone. I enjoyed both the lunch and dinner entrees the two times I was there and plan to return to try a number of other items. [17 May 2007 11:53:42]

All the Kinks are Out As with any new dining location, some time is needed to get a feel for things and work out the kinks of opening a new business. In my 6 experiences with Peppermill, it is very safe to say that they are up and ready to tackle anything thrown at them. This could very easily be the very best restaurant in the Madison area..a great addition to our city.
One of the most eclectic menus I have ever seen--something for every mood. [14 Nov 2007 17:53:18]

Such Decisions Every time I'm in the Madison area I try to stop at the Peppermill Grill because it has become one of my favorite restaurants. Every time I go I can never decide what to get because everything I've tried on the menu has been delicious. [17 Dec 2007 14:36:16]

Consistent fare...decent value We eat here at least a few times a month. The Southwest Burger is excellent although I do wish they had some healthier choices for side dishes. Must try: the Peppermill Chips (I think that's what they're called). Home fried chips topped with sour cream, cheese, black beans, bacon. Oh. My. God they are good. Also try the crabcakes which are outstanding. Their bearnaise sauce is surprisingly good. [18 Jan 2008 21:05:16]
