Company Knows Best
It must be nice to be so popular that you can dictate to your customers the pie selection that will be available over the holidays. When attempting to purchase their Apple Cheesecake, I was told that it was not available at any of the stores and I must choose from their available selections. Take it or leave it. With that attitude, leaving the store empty handed was an easy choice. Never returning also come to mind.    [24 Dec 2002 15:48:17]

The worst service I have EVER received!!
I was introducing my mother to one of their sandwiches that I LOVED. It only had 4 simple fillings, and needed everyone of them for the sandwich. But they didn't deem it important to imform us that they were out of one of the ingredients. My mother didn't know...she never had it before. I didn't know because I was trying to take care of my newborn from screaming the restaurant apart. By the time I tried it, the others were almost done. That is when I complained to the waitress and was told about the lack of ingredient. I wasn't pleased with the whole situation all together and proceeded to talk to the manager. He made me feel like I was a problem customer and it was definately MY problem. Never the less, I have never been back and my daughter is now 4.    [27 Aug 2003 13:09:26]
