Don't Eat at The Summit
I just had lunch at the Summit. It will be the last time I step foot in that place. I ordered the "Summit Burger" medium-well. When I cut the burger in half it was just plain bloody - not cooked at all. No problem, I asked the waitress to bring another. Five minutes later she brought out what I thought would be another burger... it was the same one, still cut in half. They had scraped off the ketchup and toppings and put both halves back on the grill. How cheap it that? She did not even offer to take anything off the bill. It wasn't a steak I sent back, just a burger. Even cheap burger joints will give you a new burger. This is very poor customer service and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know - don't eat at the Summit!    [16 Feb 2007 14:24:58]
