Great Food Depending on the Chef
My family has been dining at William Ho's for over 15 years.

William Ho's changed my mind about Chinese food. At first I hated the way chicken egg foo young patties looked. However, when I finally tried them they were great. I can't get enough of them.

Although I adore William Ho's and order their food about 4 times a month, once or twice out of the month I want to send my food back.

I have one suggestion. William Ho's should stick with the same chef. Or teach the other chefs to prepare their items in the same way.

There have been times when my cabbage was either rotten or spoiled.

Overall the food is great. However, they should be careful about choosing the chef for the day and stop selling old food.    [17 Feb 2004 16:42:26]

Charged Credit Card Twice with 2 Different Smounts
The food was just O.K. I called in an order. I was given a price on the phone of $24 and that was what was on the receipt. I gave a $5 tip, which would have made it $29. They charged my card $24 and $29. There has been no resolution to this matter as of 1-26-05.    [26 Jan 2005 10:46:24]
