complaint Normally the food and service at your restaurants is very good ,but tonight all went wrong,my coffee cup had lipstick on,and the coffee was cold,the waiter was told and he brought more coffee ( regular and we asked for decaf),eventally we got our coffee,next,when my wife's salad arrived it contained an extra..........a long black hair,which completely put her off her meal,the manager was summoned (Mr Troy Arthur)who apologised and offered us replacements,but by that time the damage had been done,a female member of the management team then arrived with similar apologies and the offer of $20 off our next meal,which at the moment seems a long way off. Please return to normality soon,we are not the only ones complaining !!! [12 Feb 2004 19:12:27]

complaint Usually food and service is very good, but last night we went with a group of nine people.....some people had brought their drinks from the bar and when seated the rest of the group had to wait quite awhile for there drinks because waitress didn't even acknowledge that everyone did not have a drink when she took appetizer order from other end of the table. When the order was finally taken we had to wait at least 45 minutes to an hour before the food finally arrived and then two of the orders were completely cold which is not good then you ordered steak/shrimp kabobs. Waitress or management never came back to the table to explain or show any concern. After the meal it took another half an hour to pay our checks and the meals that were cold would not even have been compensated if we had not requested some kind of compensation. When this had been taken off the one check it took another 15 minutes to get the correct amount to pay with the credit card. I was not very impressed the way management handled the situation. In all it took over two hours to get our meal and leave the restaurant. [09 Jul 2006 17:47:49]
