Description

Also known as "Pizza on the Farm." A local family serves pizza one night a week on their 80-acre organic farm, focusing on ingredients produced on the premises. The pizza is baked in a wood-fired brick oven and served in a cardboard box. There are no napkins, utensils, tables, trash cans, or even beverages available, but patrons may picnic in the yard. However, all trash must be removed from the property.

Some artisan breads are also offered for sale.

Please note that there are no signs leading to the farm. Calling the farm for directions is strongly advised.

Pizza heaven
This is something different from anything you have ever experienced. Only open on Tuesday evenings (year round in Wisconsin!), there is no 'restaurant' but rather the spacious grassy farm lawn on which to spread out to enjoy your pizza picnic. The farm family staffs two on-farm brick wood fired pizza ovens, and the ingredients (produce and meats) are grown on the farm. They have a set number of types of pizza each week; you place your order and then enjoy the ambience of the beautiful Wisconsin country side until your pizza is done. Bring your own plates, glasses etc and beverages. This is really popular in the warmer months; some families bring lawn chairs, tables, linens and candles!
