Half an order, and only the cole slaw was good.
I went to store #3551 (South Side Parkersburg) and ordered the fish and chicken combo. I came home, opened the meal and found only 4 little pieces of fish.
I called the store to tell them, only to have the guy that answered the phone ask if I wanted to run back down there and get it. Now come on, it's late evening, 29 degrees outside, with the wind blowing with high gusts... And, even if the weather had been nice out, the meal I had here would not be fit to eat by the time I went down there, waited on the chicken, then returned home (I might add that the fries in the meal already tasted like they had been microwaved). So, they ruin my meal, suggest I run back out to get what should have been in the combo anyhow. When I say no to running back to get it, he says he'll take my name, and next time I come in, I'll get the chicken free... Excuse me, I PAID $6.35 already. How on God's green Earth can I get something for free, AFTER I paid for it? Service like this is EXACTLY why places of business get shut down.    [03 Dec 2002 07:49:43]
