disappointing lunch!!
I WAS TOTALLY TURNED OFF BY YOUR STORE IN WHEELING , WV. WE WENT IN FOR LUNCH ON JULY 26TH, 2002. WE ORDER OUR FOOD AND UPON LOOKING INTO THE KITCHEN THERE WAS FOOD ON THE FLOOR EVERYWHERE! IT WAS APPALLING. IF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WOULD HAVE BEEN THERE I'M SURE THEY WOULD OF HAD SOMETHING TO SAY ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THE RESTAURANT.I THEN GOT MY SANDWICH, A BBC, AND THE WHOLE BOTTOM SIDE OF THE SANDWICH WAS SO HARD I COULD NOT BITE INTO IT! I HAD TO TEAR IT APART TO EVEN GET A FEW BITES FROM IT. THE FRENCH FRIES WE RECEIVED WERE OLD AND COLD. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE. WE HAVE ALWAYS RECEIVED GREAT FOOD AT THE ST.CLAIRSVILLE FACILITY. WE WERE SADLY DISAPPOINTED AT THE WHEELING FACILITY! WE WASTED OUR MONEY AND ENDED UP THROWING MOST OF OUR FOOD AWAY.
I ALSO BELIEVE ONE OF THE LADIES THAT WAITED ON US WAS A MANAGER! WE THOUGHT WE WOULD GET SOME QUALITY CONTROL HAVING A MANAGER IN THE KITCHEN AND WAITING ON US. BUT WE WERE SADLY MISTAKEN!

Fabulous Restaurant!
I eat at Rax several times a week and love it! My food is always hot and fresh. My favorite was the BBC until the new Deli line was introduced. Now I have to alternate between the BBC and the Deli Roast Beef. You just cannot beat Rax for hot fresh food. Such a welcome change from the burger joints. The staff at the Rax where I eat, in Wheeling, WV., is always friendly and glad to see me. They greet me by name and ask which choice I want today. Now that is service! They have had the same two female managers for the past 6 years that I have eaten there. It is nice to see people who are content with their jobs in this day and age. I always fine the restaurant clean and the employees smiling.

One Great Restaurant!
The Main thing that sticks out about Rax is unlike their compition their sandwiches and Fries are made Fresh!!
It may take a couple of minutes if you order Fish,Pot. Skins Or other fried foods but I would much rather wait than to have a cold limp fish.. Wouldnt you? I'd Rather Rax
