Don't Waste Your Time Going!
We arrived to celebrate my wife's birthday. We took our own bottle of wine, which we thought was acceptable. We asked to have the wine opened. It took 15 minutes for them to return with the wine. They did not charge for the corking, but the price we paid for bringing in our own was something else. At the end of our meal, the owner came to our table and in a loud voice told us that he did not remember having that particular wine on has wine list, and that it was very cheap and inexpensive. We told him that it was a good wine, but he said that all he would have to do is take the empty bottle in to the kitchen and fill it with "cheap boxed wine and no one would know the difference". The wine we took was a wine that my wife likes and requested that we have with the meal. It was J Lohr Seven Oaks Cabernet.In our town we have paid $32 for a bottle at nice restaurants. They did not have it on their wine list at this establishment.

We were extremely embarrassed and everyone on the patio deck was staring at this rude event. I will not ever go there again, and although we have made it a place that we have frequented numerous times, we are done. The food is mediocre and expensive for what you get, but the service and the management/owner is intolerable. Don't waste your time to go to get average food and horrible treatment.    [14 Aug 2007 13:47:59]
