It's been a few years since I've been there, but I still remember just how great their calzones were! I used to take several home to freeze so that I could get by until I was in Laramie again. The ingredients were fresh and the crust homemade. The salad was served in a chilled bowl with very fresh and crisp greens, with a side of their homemade bread.

I tried their spaghetti, pizza, and sandwiches as well, but I dearly love a good calzone and their's are the best I've ever had!

I kid you not, the best pizza I have ever had
I grew up on the East Coast with various versions of New York, Philly and Delaware pizza at my beck and call. It was only when I lived in Laramie for 6 years that I discovered the pizza that became the benchmark for all pizzas. Try the chicken, feta, artichoke and dried tomato pizza. It is fabulous! there is something about the altitude also that makes the crust, light, chewy and delicious! There are a thousand reasons to visit Wyoming, but this in my estimation is one of the top 100. I have been eating pizza for over 50 years, so I know what I am talking about! Live music on Tuesdays at Grand Ave. Pizza!
The food and the service are great here. There is live music on Tuesdays and the feeling is so good that it could be the start of your weekend.    [18 Nov 2006 00:51:20]
