The Buggs Jones' Clan Returns to Lucille's Cafe
My family & I returned for a visit after being gone since 1990. The visit with all the faces (customers and employees alike) of Lucille's makes it a most pleasurable time. Everyone is most accommodating and provides a flavor of local "news" with the food. The coffee is endless and the conversation will outlast the coffee. All our food was prepared to our liking and was definitely "down home" style. Our group ranged in age from 4 to 52 and we all left satisfied. I would highly recommend a stop at Lucille's Cafe before continuing on - you'll get great food, excellent and friendly service all in a "mini museum" of plates and local history (in the form of local residents and patrons). We love Meeteetse and wish we lived close by to become a local patron of Lucille's Cafe ourselves. Grand Food

Oh My!
This restaurant was simply the most delightful gastronomic experience I have ever had! The caviar was sensational and the champagne was of a particularly fine vintage. As for Lucille, haha what a wit! I really enjoyed the foie gras and the fruits de la mer were first class! I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience in Lucille's Cafe.    [05 Oct 2007 04:47:56]
