The Best Mexican Food in Wyoming!
Rose's Lariat in Rawlins, Wyoming, is a small family-run Mexican restaurant that serves ample portions of homemade enchiladas, soft corn tacos, chile rellenos, green chile and more. I have been known to travel over 100 miles chow down at Roses's. The staff is very friendly and remembers customers after only one visit.

One word of caution: expect to stand in line for a while as Rose's is a home town favorite as well as gaining a reputation for travelers on nearby I 80.

Best Mexican Food in Wyoming!
I am from Rawlins and I have grown up on the great authentic dishes of Rose's Lariat as I frequented the cafe at least once a week. I currently live in Denver, Colorado and am able to visit my family on occasion. When I do visit, I always make it a point to stop by Rose's Lariat for some of their enchiladas and nachos with Mexican spiced ground beef topping them. Truly a personal favorite. Not only is the food great but the staff is wonderful, as well. If you visit, ask for either Ruby or Patricia.
