Rude Manager! Stay Away!
I have been to this place a few times and while I can say their food is quite good, I had a terrible experience with the extremely rude manager the last time I went. I ordered a Pa Jeuon that on the English menu said was a pancake with green onions and when it arrived it had shrimp and meat in it. I am a vegetarian and cannot eat meat and when I tried to explain this to them, they simply asked if I wanted to take it home with me. The bill came and the item was included and since the description in English made no mention of meat (which is why I ordered it). I did not want to pay for it since I could not eat it. The manager came over and started to get very strong with my wife, telling her we had to pay and started using very strong Vietnamese with her. I wanted him to stop but he kept on coming back and yelling at me through her. Finally I slammed my fist down on the table for him to stop and he picked up an empty beer bottle and motioned like he was going to crash it down on my head. He continued to want to fight me and the staff had to pull him back and apologize for him. I don't know if he was drunk but he was sure acting like it. I had enough and paid the bill in full and know I will never go back to a place that treated returning or any customer like this. His action merit all the low scores possible. His rudeness really topped the charts. It is hard for me to support such a place that would allow this to happen for I never yelled at him and neither did my wife. We were just trying to state our opinion on a mistake that was made.
His aggression was really displaced and he lost 2 very good clients because of it, along with many friends who I will warn away from this place.    [15 Jan 2008 05:19:05]
