Description

Located in the brightly-coloured, ground-floor space of a building close to the Sheraton Hotel, the Kitchen serves a selection of American-inspired cuisine including sandwiches, salads, fresh juices, and Mexican food.

The restaurant opens around seven in the morning and serves a breakfast including home-made granola, fresh-baked cinnamon buns and muffins and fresh-brewed European-style coffees.

Originally, the Kitchen was opened as a lunch restaurant and the lunch menu is quite expansive. There are at least ten sandwiches, and ten salads available in addition to the daily specials and soups.

Prices range from about 100,000 VND for a roast beef sandwich, to 50,000 VND for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

In the evening the Kitchen serves a selection of Mexican cuisine including burritos, and soft tacos.

Like the lunch ingredients almost everything is freshly prepared in the Kitchen including the fresh flour tortillas.
