Worth patronizing This is actually a lovely place. Best if you're looking for respite from the heat or hawkers either before or after visiting the Temple of Literature across the street.
KOTO trains disadvantaged youth to work in the restaurant and hotel industry and they try very hard in their service. Remember that if they don7t always understand you, it's because they're also practicing their English language skills while learning restaurant skills at the same time!
All dishes I've ever tried were excellent. [14 Apr 2006 10:34:35]

Terrific! An absolute must while you are visiting the Temple of Literature!
A wide variety of dishes - all that I have tried - and I have tried most, have been excellent. Lots of local dishes, good sandwiches and cakes, excellent coffee, great mango shakes. The only dish that I have ever had at KOTO that was not up to scratch was a salmon risotto. [06 Mar 2008 21:08:40]
