A relatively small eatery in a small street in District 3. A high fence opens onto a nice small garden, about 10 m square, surrounded by covered perimeter eating areas on 2 sides, an indoor section on another and a karaoke room on the fourth.

nice small garden
A lovely little garden setting.

VNese food like grilled beef, salads, French fries (ha!), is nothing to write home about, but does the job when quiet conversation is needed, some beers (cheap) wanted, and a relaxing setting desired.
