Description
This is a medium sized hotel on the corner of the back beach esplanade - Thuy Van - and one of the big cross streets - Hoang Hoa Tham.
The restaurant is upstairs, on the first floor, via lift or stairs, and the guidance of white uniformed bellhops or ao dai wearing receptionists.
The restaurant is a big glass enclosed space with an excellent view of the sea and the esplanade. It is one of those venues - with stage and all - that would be used for weddings and private parties.

reasonable lunch Lunch for 6 plus one 2 year old child.
VNese fare of fried squid, fried mackeral cutlets in tomato gravy, sour fish soup, aubergine in claypot, VNese salad.
Not bad food at good prices, service attentive and good.
The big mackeral cutlets, two of them, were delicious. I almost always like these eggplant in claypot dishes, and this was no exception.
I normally don't enjoy closed in places for lunch, but the seaview aided the ambience no end.
Saigon red beer at 10,000 VND was OK. [08 Dec 2007 08:47:17]
