I have had 20+ years experience in the hospitality industry.
Having managed or owned everything from snack bars to full formal dining restaurants, and banquet faculties. I spent 5 years working for a national food service distribution company.
I taught classes safe food handling, and performed audits of food service operations for safe food handling practices.
I am no longer in the food service industry. But I still greatly enjoy dining out.
