Greetings Let's Eat Out Hounds!
Welcome to a new part of the dmoz world... chefmoz. I'm the editor for Forth Worth, Decatur, Springtown and Weatherford, Texas. I have always wanted to play restaurant "critique" since I grew up traveling all over the U.S. and eating all different types of food. My alter ego really wants to be a restaurateur, but my career took me to other places instead.
I have lived in this area for the last 30+ years (can't believe it either). There is only my husband and me, so we eat out very frequently. Even more in the summer 'cause it's just too hot to cook! We live and work in an area of Texas where we are fortunate to be able to sample all types of restaurants in a variety of locations.
