Profile

I strongly prefer small, family owned restaurants or locally run chains. If it were up to me, I would remove all national chains from the directory. I'm also a traditionalist. For example, I don't like "gringo mexican". If I go to a mexican restaurant and everyone working there is Caucasian, then I question the authenticity of the food. Finely - I'm all about the food and I don't drink. So I don't put nearly as much weight on service, ambiance or liquor selection as many people might.
