I can't be called a chef or even a cook. I am an eater! And as such, know how to find good eating joints (I don't "dine" .. I eat!) and I love telling people about them. I used to have a little local column called the "Blue Collar Diner" where I rated the local places from one to five gravy stains. My motto was and still is "If it tastes good, Wear it!!" My wife still has her "Politicaly Incorrect Kitchen" where she ignores salt free, fat free, taste free recipes and only lists good ol' tasty, stick to the ribs home cookin!
Lately, my business has turned me into a travelin eater so I get to sample even more fun places.
