I joined ChefMoz because I think it is a great idea, and there seems to be a lack of UK editors. So I applied to join up - with the aim to boost the count of restaurants from my local area to more than one!
I am an IT consultant and web developer by trade - and this year (2006) became a father, so my perception of places to eat has changed from long meals with good wine, to quick meals with child friendly facilities. But we (as in my wife and I) still enjoy eating out whenever we can.
My favourite food selection? I'll eat pretty much anything - but the top five has to include the British Sunday Lunch - roast beef and Yorkshire puddings, Thai food, a good Indian, freshly cooked fish and chips, and anything that tastes home cooked! And what I don't like - I have gone right off fast food burgers and the 'fries' you get with them.
